What a hammer is to a carpenter, a camera is to a photographer.
If you can't use the hammer you won't make a good table and if you can't use a camera you won't make a good image.
A great photo has never been taken because the photographer had such a great camera.
Of course, sometimes using a particular camera can help you take a particular photo a little better than with another one.
When push comes to shove, however, it is always the photographer who makes the image and not his equipment!
In short, it's not really that interesting what you use as long as you do it right.
